Templates are fabricated steel structures placed on or near the seabed to provide accurate spacing and vertical alignment for pre-drilled wells that will later be tied back to a platform.
UWG's templates are designed for safe and efficient installation, which can be either from a rig or pre-installed from a suitable vessel ahead of the rig's arrival.
The company has an extensive track record in providing both standard and non-standard template designs. These can be rapidly produced to allow fast response and short lead times.
UWG's experience and understanding of the well conductor environment allows UWG to provide a complete EPCI (engineer, procure, construct and install) project management capability, tailored to each unique requirement, including the supply of all associated installation equipment.
